Rob Liander is the CTO of 22C Capital. He was formerly the VP of Software at Capital IQ (acquired by S&P Global in 2004), where he architected the Capital IQ database, which analyzes 135 billion real-time data points across 62,000 companies. He specializes in data engineering and orchestration, including automation, human-in-the-loop data refinement, and standardization.

Rob has led multiple global engineering teams in delivering high-value platforms, including leading technology recruiting, and leverages his past network for JIT resource augmentations.
